Our 2020-2021 Yearbooks :) Things to know!

Updated: Mar 2, 2021

This year, WE are the photographers. Send photos to your Room Reps! Here are some of the themes so far! You can also send other pictures from the year so far - 1st day of school, working on science projects, etc. Final deadline for all photos is March 7.

How do we buy our very own copy of the yearbook?

Easy peasy. Preorder! Each copy is $25, which includes shipping :)

Class pictures - Send 'em in!

Tuesday 2/9 was School Picture Day! You can still get your photos in. Teachers took screenshots of Google Meets for class photos. For individual photos, we need you to take a “portrait” photo of your child and e-mail it to your Room Rep for the yearbook.

Keep these tips in mind:

  1. Encourage your child to dress up or wear a favorite shirt

  2. Find a plain background

  3. Mimic a yearbook pose, framed from just above the elbows to a little above the head

  4. Say “cheese!” and catch that smile :)

Really? A yearbook? How?

How else to document a truly unusual school year (who knows what's next?!) than to crowdsource an also-unusual, yet perfectly normal, yearbook. As always, Ms. Bernadette, our school secretary, is leading the charge. Ably assisted by Room Reps, she's working with the yearbook company to put it all together.

Where will photos come from?

Well - from all of us! Each week there is a photo theme in the PTK E-blast - use this to inspire your simple snapshots. No fancy equipment or skills required.

Note:

  • By submitting photos you are granting permission for their use in the yearbook.

  • Not all photos will be used.

Who do we send our pictures to?

Please send photos for the yearbook to your student's/s' class Room Rep. Unsure who that is? Please contact Kathy and she'll point you in the right direction.
